DON'T TAKE RISKS WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR COMPANY’S TECHNOLOGY

"We brought on KNS at the recommendation of another local firm who looked at our systems and determined they were too complex for them.  From the beginning, we have had a great experience.  KNS jumped right in to help us run our original systems plus significant add-ons that had previously been overseen by one of our condominium members, who had departed.  The system was kind of a jumble disassociated stuff but really important to the function of the building, including high speed internet, building mechanical system controls, building access, security and camera systems, emergency communications systems, resident communication systems, etc.  Dan from KNS dove in and began to systematically learn the systems, correct weaknesses, recommend upgrades and help us order equipment, monitor system performance, modernize software, etc.  Most critically, KNS took on the very important role of safeguarding system access and finally providing the professional system administration we badly needed.  During this time we had a couple of emergency outages (due to our old equipment) which Dan responded to and resolved very quickly.  Finally, as the months went by and KNS got control of the system and were able to systematically implement their recommendations, guess what?  The monthly bills started going down.  We are very happy and relieved to have KNS running our systems here at Harborside!
